No matter who you are or what you do…you can make a difference! Whether you enjoy physical labor or creatively applying your talents from home…it all helps!
Without our wonderful volunteers…CARE would not be what it is today! And we’re always looking for new volunteers to join the CARE family; people who really care and want to make a difference!
The volunteer program at CARE offers an excellent opportunity to spend time with the animals while helping to keep them comfortable, safe, and happy in their environment.
On-site work is real work and needs to be done regardless of whatever mother nature throws at us. You name it, CARE volunteers do it; from washing the cats’ dishes, to cleaning their enclosures, to mowing, raking, painting, working fundraisers, giving tours, and helping out with the daily feeding routine. It’s a labor of love!
CARE is currently in desperate need of weekday volunteers. Please contact us if you think you could spare some of your weekday time! There are many ways you can help from home as well if you can’t always come to the facility.
